Agreement with Bieze Food Group

Bieze food group agree to work with MicVac

Recently, MicVac signed a License Agreement with Bieze Food Group in the Netherlands.

Bieze Food Group is a part of the Wernsing Group that consists of several different food industries from potatoes and salads to fish and ready meals. Wernsing Group has production sites in Germany, The Netherlands, Poland, Denmark and Sweden. And, its annual turnover is ~700 million euro where Bieze Food Group stands for ~150 million euro.

Bieze Food Group has already launched MicVac processed ready-to-heat products in the Netherlands by the brand La Cuisine Culinaire. In addition, Bieze Food Group will launch potato products in May by the brand CêlaVíta, the no. 1 brand in potato products in the Netherlands. With this launch, CêlaVíta obtains more opportunities to extend their portfolio regarding chilled potato products.

This agreement is a major breakthrough for MicVac on the European market of convenience food. And, it will lead to an increased consumption of MicVac processed ready-to-heat products in Europe.
