MicVac at WEFTA 2011
MicVac will participate at the 41st Annual WEFTA (West European Fish Technologists Association) meeting 28-30 September 2011 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The topic is “Seafood for the modern consumer”, which is one of our focus areas. MicVac will present the study “Effect of meal composition on culinary quality of fish in a pasteurised MicVac ready-meal”.
