MicVac Flextray - packages in different sizes and shapes used for in-pack pasteurisation of chilled ready meals, thanks to the patented MicVac valve that opens during pasteurisation

The consumer can reheat the food without opening the package. The valve sounds when the food is ready to eat. The package consists of tray, film and valve.

Format:
Oval, round, rectangular.

Cavity:

• One compartment
• Made for in-pack pasteurisation: the flexed bottom of the tray means that the package becomes thinnest in the mid part.
• User friendly grips for easy handling, lifting and opening of package.
• The size is customised for products 200-1000g.
• The tray is available in a variety of colours.

• Designed to be enclosed by carton sleeve.
