Micvac participated at Anuga Foodtec in March in Cologne, Germany. New packaging development was shown, such as the two-compartment tray and flexible thermoformed products.
Two presentations – “Microwave processing of foods has several advantages” by Birgitta Raaholt, SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden, Food & Bioscience, Sweden, and “Comparison of conventional processing vs microwave technology” presented by Dorothee Kregel, Food Institute KIN, Germany – were held at the Micvac stand. Many visitors took the opportunity to listen to them and discuss the microwave technology for food processing.
“Anuga FoodTec was a success for us and we established many good contacts with potential customers”, says Christina Frohm Kramer, Marketing Director Micvac.
