Micvac reached an NPS score of 65 and satisfaction score of over 85% in the last consumer research survey in the UK.

We have tested Micvac with consumers in Germany, France and the UK. Using the Net Promoter Score to gauge the loyalty of consumers who tasted meals made with the Micvac process the ratings in each country are very high. The highest ratings were provided by ‘promoters’ amongst the UK consumers, indicating that consumers not only liked the meals but would recommend them to other people to buy.
