Excellent restaurant quality at home
Stefano Catenacci, head chef of prestige restaurant Operakällaren in Stockholm, Sweden, wanted to offer restaurant quality food at home. He heard about the Micvac method and it was the start of a long relationship.
Stefano Catenacci’s idea was to produce high quality industrial food without additives or preservatives, and make it available to the wide public. The name Gooh in Swedish is short for Good and Healthy (Gott Och Hälsosamt). And that is how the food should be! The first Gooh store/restaurant launched in 2005.
Today Gooh ready meals are available through Gooh shop-in-shops all over Sweden.
